HomeCome is a not for profit company created by Leicester City Council to assist the Council in finding decent homes for people in Leicester.
The Company was set up in 2004 and owns 135 properties as well as managing 78 on behalf of private owners and 29 for the Council.
HomeCome uses surplus rent income to buy more property in Leicester for letting to families from the Councils Housing Register.
The Company manages its properties through a contract with Leicester City Council.
